DAY #7 WEEK #1

Last day of this first week... I didn't have as vivid of dreams the night after I drank the wine and didn't noticed any adverse reactions to the raw cheese.  But still those are treats and I enjoy treating them that way.  Today for whatever reason I feel groovy, opportunities are flowing my way and I had a smooth morning especially since I made mine and my boyfriends lunches last night so I just grabbed a ball some oolong tea and off to work.  Long day of work/service but no worries cuz once again I have my packed lunch and my Klean Kanteen.

WORD OF THE DAY:   REFRESH

Rules of the Cleanse... Week #2

I have decided to adjust the cleanse... I feel so great on it that I'm pretty sure most of it will stay the same, I believe could eat like this with a once a week treat here and there especially to allow for eating out for the rest of my life.

Once a week treats: raw cheese from local farmers market, other lean meats to change it up, a local brew and /or eating out or eating other peoples gourmet when invited to come over.

This may be a sustainable practice... the test would be to see if I can go a week or a few days all raw or on just juice to really cleanse without going back to my comfort food patterns.

Made with LOVE!

I find that everything tastes better no matter how simple the ingredients are if you add some love to what you do...

  • grind your own herbs
  • pick your own food
  • keep your area clean
  • enjoy the process
  • sing, dance and play enjoyable music while you prepare your food

My energy...

Felt exhausted after teaching two classes though I usually feel a little drained so I got a wheat grass shot and huge carrot juice... hopefully the sugar will push me through till lunch!  Thank you Nate for making and bringing me a raw salad to work... you are the best!

DAY #5 WEEK #1

After a nights vivid dreams I feel blessed to wake up with my family (dog & boyfriend) safe and not dream anymore.... good morning!  Today may be my test on energy 13 hours of work straight through, though luckily I love what I do so...

DAY #4 WEEK #1

This morning wasn't as cheery as yesterday although I had a colorful dream that I remembered. My body feels pretty good but I'm going to use the 10min rule to see if more of a gentle practice is what I need today (maybe it's hormonal). In addition to practice I'm planning on sewing, making more nut milk & cleaning the house. It feels natural to clean when cleansing.

DAY #3 WEEK #1

This is the first day maybe in my life that I woke up without an alarm...
