DAY #3 WEEK #1

This is the first day maybe in my life that I woke up without an alarm... I can hardly believe it.  Since it's been an over cast most people are reflecting that they feel lethargic however, I feel pumped!  I have a long day of teaching and working so I had to pack my breakfast and lunch, hopefully I packed enough.  I feel very clear today, reading though I think I am going to get some Himalayan Sea Salt and use that sparingly because I obviously need it and Olives are technically in salt.

WORD OF THE DAY:  CLARITY

My energy...
