DAY 19 FOOD LIST


Breakfast:  yerba mate tea, carrot/banana/orange smoothie
Lunch:  2 balls, casear salad, chicken soup & chili relleno (NAUGHTY!)
Dinner:  chicken soup (homemade) 
Dessert:  raw choc. & nut milk

DAY #5 WEEK #3

ahhhh i awoke and practiced drank some tea and feel so good on this diet that I don't even stress anymore... I am just on the edge of testing of the waters of some missed foods like frozen yogurt!!!!  SO i think this will be my last week of the strictness but I look forward to beginning my new life's diet of grain free, gluten free and lots of organic good food choices!
