DAY 9 FOOD LIST


Breakfast:  Blueberries, nut milk, turkish balls
Lunch:  Salad: spinach, radishes, scallions, tomatoes, avo, raisons, walnuts, cilantro and red wine vinaigrette
Dinner: Chicken Sausage burger patty w/sautéed onions, avo, tomato and sautéed greens with basil oil
Dessert:  2 Turkish balls, nut milk and 1/4 Righteously Raw Acai Bar
