DAY 19 FOOD LIST


Breakfast:  yerba mate tea, carrot/banana/orange smoothie
Lunch:  2 balls, casear salad, chicken soup & chili relleno (NAUGHTY!)
Dinner:  chicken soup (homemade) 
Dessert:  raw choc. & nut milk
