Well no adverse reactions to the two beers from last night however, I was very sensitive to the alcohol buzz which ain't so bad but i do feel like I kinda cheated on my cleanse... A month of cleansing is very difficult when the Red Wings are playing and there are so many of my friends with B-Day Parties. Regardless, I am very inspired today cuz of the movie HOME....

- I believe it isn't really yoga unless you are having fun. When we are having fun energy is flowing and we feel lined up, thus the state of 'having fun' is a symptom for yoga practice. So far, all of the definitions I have heard and read for the word 'yoga' all relate to a union, balance, presence and synchronicity. So I practice yoga by having fun with it.
