- I believe it isn't really yoga unless you are having fun. When we are having fun energy is flowing and we feel lined up, thus the state of 'having fun' is a symptom for yoga practice. So far, all of the definitions I have heard and read for the word 'yoga' all relate to a union, balance, presence and synchronicity. So I practice yoga by having fun with it. Here are some of reflections, rants, comments, sequences and loves!
