Yeah chakra classes today... all about sound... the more i step into the silence the more i want to hear music... or more like the more i here music everywhere...

- I believe it isn't really yoga unless you are having fun. When we are having fun energy is flowing and we feel lined up, thus the state of 'having fun' is a symptom for yoga practice. So far, all of the definitions I have heard and read for the word 'yoga' all relate to a union, balance, presence and synchronicity. So I practice yoga by having fun with it.
